Felicia is the best EVER! We originally planned our wedding date as an intimate small family and friend affair. Felicia was excellent to help me plan everything. She even found someone to make sure everything I was wanting was translated to be exact. The day before our wedding a hurricane threatened to hit Hilton Head and we had to reschedule because of evacuation. Not only did Feicia re-plan the entire wedding with all our venders for an exact date three weeks later- which was a miracle for everyone involved-she won us over with her lovely heart! Noone on this earth would have been more persistant in making this happen than her! When she tells you she will make your wedding wonderful-she means it! No one would have done this! We have so much to thank her for as this was the best day and time for everyone that came to our little wedding. I will also have to add that I could not believe the setting! I was really astonished at how beautiful she made each area and all the roses she brought! She was really excited with my colors and she just made such a beautiful setting!!! The catering was superb! She really knows how to do the best and make it super special! She basicially gave us eveyone and put the whole thing together top to bottom! She is a joy to know and brillant with weddings!
Felicia made it all possible! From the very beginning, Felicia was Fantastic. I had initially contacted another wedding coordinator but got turned off when the half-day fee quoted on her site kept creeping higher and higher and higher, without a satisfactory explanation. We finally decided that we had to go elsewhere. When I told Felicia about the experience, she promised right away that she'd provide everything we wanted, within our budget. Not only that, but we live in Virginia and weren't arriving in HIlton Head until 5 days before the wedding-so I had to trust her to pull it all together without meeting us or seeing the site in person until the day beforehand. And she delivered!! With her design experience, she was able to understand my vision for my day-from the ceremony to the flowers, food, cake, and photograpy-and make suggestions/option to enhance all of it. She was always available by phone, text, and email. We exchanged pictures to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted(especially when it came to my bouquet and the floral arrangements!) When the Big Day came, she went above and beyond with the flowers, decor, set-up, and coordination during the event. Our guests loved her! She even surprised us with a beautiful set of Mr&Mrs champagne flutes for our toast-the one thing I'd forgotten to get! My husband honestly had no idea what to expect from a wedding and reception, but afterwards he said,"I thought everything was perfect! I wouldn't have done anything differently!" and then proceeded to tell me details of Felicia's muli-faceted design background. He's not a "people person" and doesn't make conversation easily-so for him to have spent that much time talking to her, says SO MUCH about how open and genuine she is. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone planning an event in the Low Country!!!

An Amazing Wedding Planning Experience!
Felicia was the perfect wedding designer and coordinator for my special day! She brought my exact wedding design dreams to life, from the beautiful landscaped aisle to the details in my table decor. Mywedding was durig the height of the pandemic and she coordinated and communicated effortlessly with the vendors we had. Felicia worked with my catering vendor to create an amazing dinner while also negotiating a lower price. I had my ceremoney at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens which had strict restrictions on decorations (like no decorations that would punture grass and no real flower petals on the ground) and she was able to create an elegant, botanical aisle while complying with the restrictions. Felicia has an eye for designs and that's why she's the perfect cooridnator! Werever my venders lacked, she creatively made up for! My wedding reception was at the Thomas Jefferson Tower in downtown Birmingham. The ballroom has tall historic windows and a large chandelier, so my worry was that even with the decor the room would still look empty. Felicia decorated with different height elements, and extravagant table decor to make sure the room looked just perfect! I chose Felicia as my wedding designer because I felt that she really cared about making my vision come to life while also saving me money where she could. Felicia brought my exact wedding vision to life and provided the details and elegance I wanted. Felicia ws an absolute joy to work with, and I would highly recommend her as a wedding designer and coordinator!

Covid pushed everything back but she was there for me the entire time. My wedding ceremony was perfect! She designed, organized and executed a dream wedding. Phenomenal Experience: Felicia was absolutely phenomenal to work with, to say the least! She helped take all of my stresses away while planning for my big day. She did so much more than I could have ever hoped she would do. Not only was she my planner, she was also taking on a florist role as well! She was so eager and excited to do this! I could tell that it meant a lot to her to make our special day as beautiful as it could possibly be! She made it very clear throughout the process that she would make sure everything happened perfectly! She most definitely meant it! She made the most gorgeous table arrangements, and picked the most beautiful flowers to go with the colors of our wedding. The table arrangements were absolutely unforgettable, and it made me with flowers stayed that way forever! I already had a florist helping with the wedding at the time. However, Felicia took what they already had and added so much more vto it! I cannot even begin to imagine how different things would have looked if she hadn't expressed the excitement that she did to help us with our floral arrangements! She listened to everything I envisioned, and made it come to life in such an unreal way! She's very realible and quick to reapong! She's great at communication, and you can definitely count on her to answer any questions that you could possibly have! She's very knowledgeable in the wedding atmosphere! She will recommend things to you that you probably didn't even think about yourself! That's one of my favorite things about her! She has such incredible energy, and she's a joy to be around! You can tell that she is passionate about what she does, and genuinely wants to help. bring everything together! She put together the most gorgeous and phenomenal aisle decor for the ceremony! I could not have possibly imagined getting married without it there. She took all of my visions, and not only made them come to life, but she added things to them that she personally knew would go really well with everything and things she knew that we would love! She was great at communicating with my other venders as well when needed. If you're planning a wedding right now, and need help from someone who loves what they do, Felicia Higdon is without a doubt the person tha you need by your side helping you plan your big day! Anyone who works with her is so lucky to have her help and to know her as a person!

While there I met the wedding planner and was so blown away at how professional and experienced she was I decided to leave a recommendation. She doesn't just recommend... she actually coordinates everything on your wish list. Her team sets everything up and handles all tear down so worry free process. You deal with one person and she manages all the other teams. She handles the flower arrangements as well as decorations. She is wonderful to work with.

Felicia is one of the dearest people. Her talent and knack for putting things together is beyond expert. She is one of the hardest working people and she can even make a flower chandelier!!!Unbelievable!!! Hire Her, you will not be sorry!! Every bit of the work you see in her photos is her own work! She is SO TALENTED and just a darn awesome person. She is also such a talented artist that even the HGTV house has 3 of her awesome paintings!! She can take your vision and create it. Show her a picture and she can create it from scratch. You will be so happy when your event is over!!! I highly recommend her!!!

Felicia is incredible! I couldn't rave about her wedding designs more. I was a guest at Kendall and Bryan's wedding in Birmingham, AL where she beautifully decorated seperate venues for the ceremony and reception. She also ensured the wedding weekend flowed smoothly. The ceremony was set up outdoors at the Botanical Gardens and the inside was at the Jefferson Towers. She effortlessly tied in the gardens' aesthetic to the indoor venue through each fine detail. The floral centerpieces were elegantly placed and the gold detailing was the perfect touch! Felicia perfectly took note of the bride and groom's personalities and dreams for their wedding and created a timeless setting. And the best part is that she is just the most sweetest, most joyful person to be around! She truly did it all that weekend and on top of that, she made the event even more fun to attend. Felicia is incredibly talented,and I will absolutely be reaching out to her when I am planning my own wedding!

There are a few last minute changes that would have cost a small fortune but Felicia handled it! She not only plans but does all of the floral arrangements and decorations herself!
